The Christina Cultural Arts Center Inc., has an open door admissions policy. However, the school’s standards are applied to all students. Applicants under the age of 18 must have the signature of a parent or guardian on the registration form, unless there are special circumstances. A signed registration form constitutes a contractual agreement between the signer and CCAC.

CCAC requires a health appraisal form be completed and kept current in the student’s file. This applies to both child and adult students. These forms are maintained in the case of a medical emergency while the student is in our facility.

Payments made be processed electronically or must be made in the Registrar’s Office (705 N. Market Street) before the start of open registration. Failure to do so puts the student in danger of loosing their lesson time. Students with an outstanding balance must settle their accounts before registering for any upcoming session.

Withdrawal and Tuition Adjustment Policy:

No refund will be given ten (10) days from the date of registration. After three (3) consecutive unexcused absences, students are dropped from the roster. An unexcused absence is defined as an absence without prior notice. Any change in a student’s class schedule must be approved through the Registrar’s Office. In the event the center closing or an instructor’s absence, a make-up class will be given (this policy does not include holidays or state of emergency).

CCAC reserves the right to cancel or withdraw classes from this website. The school also reserves the right to withdraw or substitute instruction. Visitors or parents are only to be in the classroom at the invitation of the instructor.
